* That's Just Fantastic
Oh dear gosh.
You ask me why I say that? Well, at MAC meds, every student has a student advisor who is a faculty member that monitors your progress throughout med school. Anyhow, I e-mailed him to set up my first meeting with him but I never received an e-mail back from him or his secretary. I have this obsession of checking my e-mail religiously throughout the week (unless I am procrastinating and doing my last minute objectives) and surely I would have seen that e-mail. Well, guess what? I received an e-mail today from his secretary saying that they haven't heard back from me regarding the appointment time for TODAY at 12:30pm. That's just fantastic. Is that even possible?????????
At this moment, I'm like frazzling out. We haven't even met, but I hope he doesn't hate me or something, or think that I'm irresponsible because I have to stick with this guy for the next three years. Gah!
Man, what a way to kick off med school.

No worries Vix, just some poor miscommunication. Don't be frazzled about it. It could have been a lot worse...like...you weren't assigned an advisor at all or something! Haha, I don't know!
